Most of our material is procured from world renowned tube mills. We supply material manufactured by Jindal Pipes, Welspun, Zenith, TATA, Surya and Asian Mills, to name a few. All material comes with Mill Test Certificates that specifically contain the batch no. and coil no. of the strips from which the pipes are manufactured.

M.S ERW Black Pipes

We are the stockist of M.S ERW Black Pipes. We supply these pipes according to the client needs and specifications:

G.I. PIPES (GALVANIZED PIPES)

Mild Steel ERW Pipes that are subsequently galvanized (Hot Dip Galvanized) to avoid corrosion due to constant contact with water. These pipes are generally used by construction industry for water lines.

CRCA ERW Tubes

We also stock CRCA ERW Tubes that are used for general engineering purposes like manufacturing furniture, hospital equipment, automobile frames, components, etc. These tubes have better finish, more dimensional accuracy and more malleable as compared to ERW Black Pipes.

ERW Boiler Tubes

Widely used for manufacturing and maintaining boilers in power plants and process industries such as sugar, fertilizers, chemicals, petrochemicals, etc. We keep wide range of Carbon Steel Seamless Boiler Tubes with Mill Test Certificates and IBR Form IIIB.

Square And Rectangular Pipes

M.S. ERW Square & Rectangular Pipes are also called, Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) or Square Hollow Sections (SHS). These are used for general engineering and structural purposes. The process or manufacturing is by ERW (Electric Resistance Welded). However, in some cases Square & Rectangular Seamless Pipes may also be used.

The material grade commonly used is IS: 4923 and ASTM A 500 Gr.A or Gr.B.

10MM X 10MM TO 300MM X 300MM
WALL THICKNESS 1MM TO 16MM
STANDARD IS: 4923 or ASTM A 500 GR.A OR GR.B

SQUARE (SHS) & RECTANGULAR PIPES (RHS) ARE AVAILABLE IN SEAMLESS OR ERW, as per the requirement of the customer.

ERW Air Heater Tubes

ERW Air Heater Tubes are widely used in Sugar Mills, Power Plants, Fertilizer Plants and other process oriented plants for outflow of hot air. ERW Air Heater tubes are manufactured by HFIW Process and suitably heat treated, if required.

ERW Corten Steel Air Heater Tubes

ERW Corten Steel Air Heater Tubes are also used in Sugar Mills, Power Plants, Fertilizer Plants and other process oriented plants for outflow of hot air. Corten Steel Air Heater Tubes are where the atmosphere is highly corrosive.

Grade: ASTM A 423 GR.1
